CLIENT CHARTER

We promise to:-

  • Investigate all customer complaints in Bintulu Town within 24 hours (working days) and give a reply within 3 days ;

  • Make payment for all contract works within the time stipulated in the contract and all other payments to be paid within 30 days from receipt of a complete claim ;

  • Inform all applicants within 60 days the status of their applications for industrial lots, Rancangan Perumahan Rakyat, occupation permit and Engineering, Building and Landscaping plans.;

  • Maintain Bintulu town so as to be always clean, orderly, safe, friendly and convenient and provide necessary public facilities;

  • Ensure that all refuse collection be done promptly, aptly and satisfactorily three times a week in residential areas and daily for commercial premises in accordance with the collection schedule;

  • Complete all development projects in accordance with the schedule and within the budget allocations;

  • Ensure that all half yearly notices and rate assessment bills be issued latest by February for the first half and by August for the second half of each year. All yearly rate assessment bills to be issued latest by February each year.
