Answer: SBBS counter at Ground Floor (Room 002), Municipal Services Building (PERBINDA), Jalan Sultan Iskandar, 97000 Bintulu.

2. How to download application form?
 
Answer : Please kindly surf BDA website, choose and click Menu 'Download form' (English version) and 'Muat turun Borang' (malay version) to download form.

 3. How to pay rates assessment?

Answer : Thru Online payment (PaybillsMalaysia) and visit our SBBS counter, Ground Floor (Room 002), Municipal Services Building (PERBINDA), Jalan Sultan Iskandar, 97000 Bintulu. 

4. How to participate in BDA tender?

Answer : Normally, we advertise our tender notices at local newspapers and publish it at our website( Tender menu).
