Bintulu Development Authority has successfully initiated and implemented various online services and information services to effectively and efficiently distribute services to the people without time and space constraints.

Transactions :

1		Pay Bills ( PAYBILLS MALAYSIA )
2		Log Enquiries, Complaints and Feedback ( TALIKHIDMAT ). Public can log any complaints, inquiries and feedback on us by filling in the online forms through  ( TALIKHIDMAT ). The system will produce a reference number to enable public to track the status of the case online.
	Notes: Information for all e-Request end-users system’s that the system has been replaced with the Talikhidmat System with effective from 1 April 2011.

4		Online Libraries ( E-LIBRARIES ). Enable to search and refer book thru online libraries .
