2022 RAMADAN BAZAAR VENDOR NAME LIST FOR FEE AND DEPOSIT REFUND CLAIMS
The nominees on this list are requested to claim back the 2022 Ramadan Bazaar fee and the Cleanliness Deposit that was made last year.
Claims can be made by submitting the following documents:
1. copy of identification card
2. copy of bank account cover page
3. original payment receipt, if lost please fill in the attached form.(Surat Akuan Sumpah)
Applicants are requested to contact Mr. Charles Andrew at 086-332662 for fee refund & depost Ramadan Bazaar 2022 from 06 February 2023 to 28 February 2023.
