The Guest of Honor at Townhall is YB Datuk Amar Haji Awang Tengah bin Ali Hasan, Deputy Premier of Sarawak together with Moderator YBhg. Professor, Dr. Shahrul Razid Sarbini, Campus Director of Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus (UPMKB). A total of 1300 townhall participants consisting of Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Assemblymen, Heads of Departments and Agencies, Stakeholders, Community Leaders, Media, NGOs, IPTA and IPTS students and Secondary School students.
